WLCE has a direct focus on bringing forth some of the most amazingly fierce women in our industry that have transformed their own professional journey and women who are committed to paying it forward through mentorship while celebrating the success of fellow colleagues.
The Women Leaders In Code Symposium was built to promote a supportive learning environment for the women in our building industry. Through training opportunities, networking, and connecting with fellow industry leaders, our goal is to continue to foster and support the ongoing development of women in current and future leadership roles. With the help of all the speakers, presenters, sponsors, and attendees we made the first ever Women Leaders in Code Symposium a success. Although we were amidst the pandemic our passion for our profession was unstoppable and all our volunteers, supporters, and sponsors, really came through.
